  • Set up a web site with event details, sign up page, sponsor page, and links to all web sites
  • Open up secure Pay Pal account linked with bank for itemized breakdown of income and expenses
  • Provide necessary information for Save the Date, Brochure, and Programs (Printing done by organization)
  • Distribute and set up online access for Save the Date, Brochure, and Programs
  • Prepare a revenue and expense budget 
  • Prepare a complete overview of tournament 
  • Help form the event committee 
  • Schedule and support all committee meetings
  • Secure event sites
  • Coordinate all aspects of event location requirements
  • Coordinate and all vendors for tournament 
  • Coordinate and help acquire event sponsors, and then work with them on event marketing ideas
  • Coordinate with organization for banners and signs 
  • Coordinate and help acquire tournament tee sponsors 
  • Coordinate event day videographer and photographer 
  • Coordinate all publicity within house publicist. (We have direct connections into most San Diego media outlets)
  • Secure “MC” for event  
  • Prepare list of event participants / golfers by foursomes, hole assignments, and alphabetized
  • Coordinate raffle & silent auction items 
  • Prepare a complete list of auction items, and prepare bid sheets to be printed by organization
  • Coordinate all trophies, raffle prizes, and gift bags needed for event day 
  • Coordinate all special event contests (i.e. putting, chipping, long drive, etc.)
  • Coordinate and help acquire all volunteers for event day 
  • Coordinate all food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 
  • Set up and run event day registration
